Shipment of items
Once your item has been purchased, it will usually be shipped within 2 weeks.
Please look forward to receiving your item. If there is any delay in shipping, we will notify the contact information you provided at the time of purchase.

Requests after arrival
After receiving the item, please check the size, scratches, and dirt. If there are scratches, stains, or other defects, we will replace it, so please contact us via "Contact" or Instagram DM within 8 days of receiving the item and return it to us with postpaid shipping.

About resizing
We will resize your item for free within one month of receiving it, except for some items that cannot be resized (you will only be responsible for shipping costs), so you can order your favorite items with peace of mind.
