Refund Policy
Returns, exchanges and size adjustments
If the delivered product is different from your order or is defective, we will accept a return or exchange. After receiving the product, please contact us via Instagram DM or the "Contact Us" page within 8 days and return the product. Please note that we will cover the return shipping fee, so please use cash on delivery. If you wish to return or exchange the product for your own reasons, please return the product within 8 days of receiving it, at your own expense.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Products that have been used once - Products that have been damaged or stained due to customer's fault - Products that have been received more than 9 days ago without any special circumstances
If the ring has been used, we will resize it free of charge for the first month after purchase, but after that there will be a fee.
(Depending on the design and material of the product, resizing may not be possible.)
■ About refunds
In the case of returns based on the above, we will process your refund once the product arrives at our company.
Refunds will only be made for the product price. (Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is defective.)
The refund method will vary depending on your payment method.
Please note that it will take approximately one week from the time we receive your returned item until we process your refund.
