Domestic (Japan) shipping is free on orders above ¥22,000 (including tax)

For domestic orders less than ¥22,000, shipping is ¥550(tax included)

For international shipping, please contact us directly to determine shipping costs.

▪︎Returns/Exchanges

In the case that your order is incorrect or defective, we will be happy to offer exchanges. Please get in touch with us within 8 days of receiving your order via Instagram DM or our "Contact Us" page to begin the exchange process. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

We will be unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

・Products that have already been worn

・Products that have been scratched, damaged, or dirtied

・Products that have been delivered over 9 days prior (some exceptions apply)

▪︎Size Changes

・Products recieved within the last 2 weeks: ±2 sizes are free, further sizes are an additional ¥1,100(tax included) per ±size.

・Products received past 2 weeks: ±2 sizes are ¥3,300(tax included), further sizes are an additional ¥1,100(tax included) per ±size.

※Shipping for size changes: shipping from the customer to the atelier will be the responsibility of the customer. We will cover return shipping costs from the atelier back to the customer.

※Some products may be unavailable for size changes due to design or material.
